Safe and Organized Iftar Distributions

Breaking the fast is a significant moment of the day. To ensure this is done with dignity and health in mind, we have streamlined our Iftar meal distribution. All meals are prepared in municipality-approved, licensed kitchens that follow the highest hygiene standards.

We coordinate closely with local charities and the UAE Food Bank to manage crowd control and fair distribution. By setting up dedicated zones and organized queues, we ensure that every resident receives their meal quickly and comfortably, avoiding overcrowding and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

Enhanced Security and Safety Precautions

Considering the current regional situation, we have enhanced our village security to ensure our residents' safety. We follow all official guidance from the Ministry of Interior and the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA).

  • Shelter-in-Place Readiness: We have identified and clearly marked secure zones and internal areas within our buildings. Our residents are briefed to stay away from windows and open spaces during any official emergency alerts.
  • Response to Emergency Alerts: We assist our residents in understanding the national early warning mobile alerts. Our staff is trained to guide everyone to the nearest secure structure immediately upon hearing the alarm.
  • Verification of Information: To prevent panic, we urge all residents to rely only on official UAE government channels. We help translate and share verified news to protect our community from rumors and misinformation.
  • Support for Remote Work: For residents affected by recent government directives for private-sector remote work, we provide stable connectivity and a safe environment to work from within the village.

 

Spiritual Support and Prayer Meetings

Ramadan is a time for deep spiritual connection. Our on-site prayer halls provide a serene and spacious environment for daily prayers and Taraweeh. We ensure these facilities are kept clean and well-ventilated to accommodate our residents safely.

Beyond physical space, we foster a community of mutual respect. These prayer meets are a time for residents to find strength and unity together, supported by an environment that honors their faith and traditions.

Reflecting on the Pre-Ramadan Sports Fest

A key part of our support this year began before the holy month even started. Our Ramadan Sports Fest 2026, held in late February, was designed to build the physical stamina and morale of our residents. By engaging in Cricket, Football, and Volleyball prior to the fast, our community entered the month of Ramadan feeling fit, healthy, and more connected to one another. This "head start" on wellness has proven invaluable in helping residents manage their energy levels while fasting.
